I. Set Goals At the Beginning of Every Season
Before the start of every season, come up with realistic,
attainable goals for your team. You can always add to these as the season progresses. Have a preseason meeting with
your team to discuss your goals and have them write down their own. You need to set the bar to a standard that makes everyone
in your room work to their own potential.

II. Pre-Season Meeting
Before the start of the season, a meeting of all wrestlers
who intend to be part of the team. The primary purpose of this meeting is to prepare, the athletes of what's in store for
them. Team rules, schedules, practice times, wrestle-offs, academics, team goals, expectations, nutrition and dieting, and
anything else you can think of. This meeting is in keeping with organizational skills, and gets your team on the same page
with you.
